Katia is everything you can want in an agent and more. She is attentive, patient, responsive and an extremely hard worker. Our process was not easy, since my wife and I didn't always know what we wanted or even where we wanted to be, but Katia was always there, extremely patient, consulting us, providing us with ideas and feedback and always ready to follow our instructions and adhere to our needs. Be it 6 am or 11 pm, she always wrote back and answered phones. Comps always came on the same day, as did advise. She visited numerous homes with us at any time of the day or week, and helped us all the way through escrow, inspections and the whole 9 yards. Katia helped us buy an amazing condo on the west side ! We got a 2+2 at a great price ! She is the best real estate in town. She took the time to send us properties, but also arranged all the visits. She is really detail-oriented, patient and not pushy at all, compared to some other real estates who just want you to buy ASAP. I've known Katia for over ten years and to me she is one of the hardest working people I know who does not take "no" for an answer and that is a quality you want in your realtor. This was my first house purchase and Katia helped me along the entire process, including an arduous escrow process with an overzealous underwriter and an inept and dodgy seller's agent. Needless to say, I had to vent on numerous occasions and Katia was always quick to pickup the phone and listen: a redeemable quality most people lack. She made a point of keeping me in the loop immediately on any updates and worked at all hours of the day (including weekends) to move things faster towards close and towards putting me in my first home. This included communicating with my mortgage brokers, seller's agent and broker, other necessary third parties, and whoever I didn't want to talk to or whoever I didn't have time to talk to. One text and it was done. She helped push everyone forward. Together we saw over 60 homes during a challenging house hunt as my sister is wheelchair bound and our lot had to be flat and had to have separate wings for both my sister's and my privacy. Katia accompanied me to nearly every single house, including those she already knew wouldn't work for me (like those with pictures of stairs everywhere which obviously wouldn't work for my sister) but she let me explore to my heart's content without complaints. In the end, we found a perfect size house on a perfect sized lot with a perfect layout for an amazing price which she got further reduced during escrow with credits from the extremely difficult sellers. Now as I prepare to renovate my new house to make it my home, I am even happier to know that it was my trusted and caring decade old friend who was able to professionally and diligently represent me in my purchase. Katia helped us find our new home! she was amazing!! The first time we met, she was engaged and genuine. She listened to our needs and truly cared about what we wanted. She scheduled a couple of tours the same weekend and some more the week after. After looking for a couple of weeks, we were ready to make an offer! Everything happened so fast, we made an offer on Friday and by Monday Katia called and said our offer had been accepted! The entire process only took about 6 weeks!! Katia made our first time buying a home experience a lot less stressful than everyone says it is. She would work weekends and answer any questions we had at any time of the day or night.
